A Secure Telemedicine Solution
ESANA’s virtual consultations are available through Doxy.Me, a confidential online consultation tool that gives you a preliminary idea of your proposed treatment plan. Click the button below for step-by-step instructions.
In a virtual consultation, we go through the same steps and cover the same ground as we would with a face-to-face consultation. It should take about 30 minutes, depending on the length of questions and concerns. Please note that some areas of concern (i.e., skin analysis, or “dark circles under-eyes”) are best evaluated in-person. In such cases we may recommend scheduling an in-office consultation.

You can park anywhere on Audubon Street or State Street. Please be aware that there is only metered parking available (coins & credit cards accepted). Garage Parking is also available on State Street.

What To Expect When You Arrive
At your first appointment, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in and fill out any additional paperwork. To save time, you may pre-check-in using the myTouchMD patient portal. Once your chart is processed, you will meet your practitioner and any other staff who will be involved in your care.
We do ask kindly that, if possible, to leave small children at home and that mobile phones be placed on vibrate to ensure uninterrupted care.
