What to expect after your nose job

During rhinoplasty recovery, you may have packing inside your nose and/or a splint outside to support and protect the area. Packing comes out a day or two later, external splints and sutures are removed about one week later. Your swelling will subside significantly within the first couple of weeks and there will be minor improvements out to one year after surgery.
